Any Changes in the Smart Card (Ration Card), you need to create a Service request, when you click confimation of change, The website http://tnpds.gov.in loading will take 1 to 3 minutes for each page; and failed with no dialog, except for a background message that says: Godown ID cannot be null

When you change the followings in Smart Card (Online), you may get the Godown ID cannot be null
உறுப்பினரை சேர்க்க
முகவரி மாற்றம் செய்ய
குடும்பத் தலைவர் மாற்றம் செய்ய
குடும்ப உறுப்பினர் நீக்க
அட்டை தொடர்பான சேவை நிலை அறிய
